Can I import my existing plot data into PropManager?+
Yes. Excel/CSV uploads are supported for bulk plot import. Map your column headers to the required fields (plot number, size, price, status) and the system creates all records in one operation.
How does the instalment schedule work for a cash buyer?+
Every reservation requires a payment plan regardless of pay type. For cash customers, configure a plan with zero interest and the months that match the agreement. The system generates equal monthly instalments and reconciles each payment against those rows automatically.
Can tenants sign their lease contracts digitally?+
Yes. Tenants sign through the portal using a canvas-based signature pad. Admins sign from the contract detail page. Both signatures appear on the printed contract PDF.
What happens to the recovery schedule when I delete a payment?+
It reconciles automatically. When a payment is deleted, the total collected for that reservation is recalculated and the schedule rows update their amount paid and status immediately.
Is my data isolated from other companies on the platform?+
Yes. Every record — reservations, payments, tenants, documents, users — is scoped to your company ID. No data is shared or visible between companies.
Can I restrict what my sales agents can see?+
Yes. Create a role with only the permissions you want — e.g. leads.view, leads.create, reservations.view, reservations.create — and assign it to your agents. They will not see payments, documents, reports, or settings.
